She is positioned as the Head of the Mental Health Nursing department and has always been beholden to her profession and fulfilled her responsibilities in the field of mental health nursing service. She has 14 years of experience as a nurse educator, researcher, and nursing administrator, and she was a trained skilled psychiatric nurse who was an expert in handling clients with psychological impairment. Furthermore, she served as an examiner for different sorts of examinations for the University and Nursing Board. She has been involved in research activities since 2005 and has been guiding graduate and postgraduate nursing students for the last 9 years, which gave her good critical analysis skills and assertiveness, which always kept her as an effective communicator and collaborative worker.
