Kalinga Institute of Nursing Sciences (KINS) organized a special talk on “Strategy for Enhancement of Research Publication” on 16 th May 2024 to provide faculty members, with actionable insights and strategies to increase the quantity and quality of their research publications. Dr. Suresh Chandra Satapathy, Professor, School of Computer Engineering, KIIT deemed to be University delivered the talk. On behalf of the KINS fraternity, Dr. Niyati Das, extended warm greetings to Dr. Suresh Chandra Satapathy and shed light on the significance of publication.
Effective writing was emphasized as a critical skill for successful publication. Dr. Suresh Chandra Satapathy highlighted introduction, methodology, results, and implications. He also emphasized on selection of appropriate journal for publication and provided practical advice on handling revisions and resubmissions. Dr. Satapathy’s expertise and comprehensive approach addressed key aspects of the research publication process,developing manuscript to submission. KINS fraternity left the session equipped with actionable strategies to enhance their research output and visibility in the academic community. It was an informative and influential session for the faculty members. At the end, he interacted with the faculty members and addressed the queries regarding publication.
